	Mr. Brumleve joined the firm in 1980 while completing the 
	requirements for his college degree.  Over the last 26 years, he
	has served as project engineer and engineer of record on 
	numerous educational, medical, university, industrial, correctional,
	and public building projects ranging from small additions to new 
	projects with budgets in excess of one hundred million dollars. 
	Mr. Brumleve is experienced in the design and specification of 
	virtually all structural systems including structural steel, 
	reinforced concrete, glued-laminated wood, light gauge metal, and
	precast concrete.

	As a complement to his experience with various structural systems, 
	Mr. Brumleve has been the engineer of record on dozens of 
	projects requiring deep foundations, tied-back and cantilevered 
	soil retention systems, and soil and ground improvement.
