	Mr. LaVier has been employed as a structural engineer for a
	consulting firm in the field of building design since 1989.
	Prior to this, he worked as a structural designer at an 
	engineering firm specializing in bridge design.  Mr. LaVier
	has been with Lynch, Harrison & Brumleve since 1992 and
	has recently become a Principal in our firm.

	Mr. LaVier has experience designing a wide variety of new 
	buildings including schools, jails, hospitals, industrial 
	buildings, churches and performing arts centers, to name a 
	few.  In addition to new construction, he also has designed 
	many additions and large renovations, encountering numerous
	types of existing structures.

	Mr. LaVier is experienced in designing with many types of 
	construction materials, and he commonly follows a building 
	project from schematic inception to completion of construction.
